Eligibility

Our events are for adults 21 and older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are 21+ and will bring valid ID.

Conduct

All attendees must follow The Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who violates them, without a refund.

Assumption of risk

Attending a social event involves inherent risks, including those related to alcohol, physical activities, and interacting with other guests. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that Cupid Society, its hosts, and its partner venues are not responsible for your personal conduct or the conduct of other attendees. Some activities, such as fitness or art classes, may require a separate waiver.

Our content

The Cupid Society name, logo, designs, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe, and some pages may use Google Maps. By using those features, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cupid Society’s total liability for any claim related to an event or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket or item.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Can’t make it? Pass your ticket to a single friend!

If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future gathering.

Venue changes

Locations are occasionally revealed close to the event or may change. Your ticket remains valid for the updated location.

Entry

Entry requires valid 21+ ID. Tickets for guests who are refused entry for being underage, overserved, or violating the Code of Conduct will not be refunded.

Made to order

Every item is printed when you order it, which keeps waste low. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time.

Returns

Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows a problem, reach out and we’ll help sort it out.

Cupid Society gatherings are photographed and filmed for our website, social media, and promotional materials. By attending, you grant Cupid Society permission to use photos and video in which you appear, without compensation.

Prefer not to be featured? Let a host know at check-in, and we’ll do our best to keep you out of our content. If you spot yourself in something we’ve posted and want it removed, email us and we’ll take it down.
